Hello and welcome to the match 15 between India and Ireland. The defending champions got off to a comfortable 84-run victory against Bangladesh in their opening game and will look to carry forward that momentum. Adarsh Singh and Uday Saharan's 116-run partnership was the back bone of India's total of 251 and then Saumy Pandey picked up a 4-fer to bowl Bangladesh out for 167. Ireland, on the other hand, have played two games, winning one and losing the other. They brushed aside USA with a 7-wicket win but fell short to Bangladesh. This is a must-win game for them if they are to make it to the next round and it won't be an easy task to topple a strong Indian side. Toss and teams coming up..

Mangaung Oval Pitch Report:

The Mangaung Oval playing surface has exhibited a commendable balance, offering support to both batting and bowling endeavours. Teams opting to bowl first have secured slightly more victories, suggesting potential early-game assistance for bowlers. While achieving competitive scores in batting is feasible, pursuing a target on this pitch poses a formidable challenge.

Ireland have won the toss and have decided to bowl first.

Philippus le Roux says the team has had a great tournament so far. "Lots of learnings." India captain Saharan says, "We would have batted first. We were just executing plans. One change: Raj is rested, and Dhanush is playing." Three changes for India.
