I think he meant that just like Ayesha came to "bigaado" Munnu's repo, similarly Samarth's entry ruined Isha’s repo.

Uncle ji ke pov se dekhe toh it's true, Samarth entry marne ke 1 week mein hi Chomu ka bestie ho gaya tha and would bitch about Isha’s character with him.

He was trying to insinuate ke pyar hota toh Samarth could have waited outside instead of entering the show knowing the repurcussions it would have on Isha’s reputation.
