The thing is isha was running like a chicken all over and sabko bol rahi thi. She was the most invested.

exactly! plus chunnu did take interest in isha's story when chintu entered. abhishek ka sahara bana yeh pura time, uska dukh dard suna isha k barey mein and today he was kinda joking about of how isha's dad doesn't seem to like chintu. he was being nosy and asked like 3-4 times k kya hua, kyun hua, kyun nahi pasand, kya kaha, etc. is logic se to iski bhi bashing banti hai
