My mom gave me three mantras (in pranic healing these are in English) and then my nana was like giving me prayers and mantras, problem is when I’m anxious I can’t focus and I can’t form words.

i then play the mantras on YouTube and my nana is scandalized . He’s like you’re supposed to say it out loud you lazy fool.
