Mandar bails out Vardhan.
The next day, Sid withdrew his resignation and said, "I am taking back my resignation as I have changed my plans. I encountered someone who could not afford to treat his mother on time, because of which she lost her life. I am unable to forget his anguish. If I went to the USA, it wouldn't help me forget the screams of that guy. It would still haunt me. So, the only way to get rid of my past is to save someone's life, as I would be covering up for that and sharing the pain of others. I'm sorry. Vardhan asked Rishab, "What did you think about my offer?"

Dr. Sid starts Amma Hospital.

Sid: She is rich at heart.
Meanwhile, Ishani opened her tiffin box and ate a sandwich.
Sid came to Ishani and said, "Thanks a lot, Ishani. You are rich at heart."
Ishani: I would like to work in your hospital.
Sid: It is my immense pleasure to appoint you. You can join us from tomorrow. Bye.
Ishani: Bye.
Sid and Rahil went home. Sid gets lost in Ishani's thoughts.
Rahil: Are you impressed with the girl or the money that she gave?
Sid smiles. He said, "Both."
Rahil: No, it can't be both, as I can see that you are blushing.
Sid blushes.
Sid: Yes, you are right. I want a lady with inner and outer beauty if I want to marry.
Rahil: Well, man proposes, but God disposes.
Meanwhile, Inspector Aditi comes to Ishani's house to visit her.
Ishani takes a plant and nervously takes the leaves, saying, "He loves me, he loves me not."
Anushka came from behind and overhears Ishani's words. She closes her eyes with her palms.
Ishani gets startled and turns back. She is surprised to see Aditi.
Anushka: So you are in love.
Ishani blushed. But she said, Shut up."
Anuska: Who is that person, and when will you introduce me to that guy?
Ishani: I love him, but I'm unsure whether he loves me. Once it gets confirmed, I will introduce you to him.
Anushka: If he doesn't love you, then make a place for yourself in his heart. Just by doing "loves me, loves me not" wouldn't help. If he doesn't propose to you, you should initiate.
Ishani: It is always the man who proposes. How can I propose as a woman?
Anushka: Those days are gone. Today, even a woman proposes to the man she loves, and the man accepts it.
Ishani: I don't know how to go about it.

Ishani gets disappointed as she is unable to express her feelings.
Sid enters his cabin and is shocked to see the vase with red roses.
Sid: For what did you give those roses?
Anushka: I gave you the booke as you saved a child's life in an accident. The child is the son of my father's brother's son.
Sid: Oh, I'm sorry. Nice to meet you.
He comes forward but slips on the petals and falls. Anushka tries to pull him up, but she falls on him. Sid gets up and helps her to get up. They share an eyelock.
Sid: Are you alright?
Anushka: Yes, I'm alright.
Anushka then goes to the temple and rings the bell. She tells God, "I broke ten coconuts before you. Please Sid to me as my life partner and give the guy to Ishani equivalent to him. Bye!"
While Anushka was about to leave, she added, "And yes, what happened to the five coconuts I broke for Ishani? If you don't support us, it will be difficult for us to sustain ourselves in man's world. If I don't get an answer, I will take back those coconuts. Bye."
At Vardhan Hospital, Vardhan celebrates its 25th Anniversary. Sid and Ishani got the invitation, and they attended the function. Sid, Rahil, and Ishani are overjoyed.
