Tara always believes Deva is alive , when Mr.mallik came back she was convinced Deva is back.it was Deva who manipulated Tara Into believing otherwise.

I guess with the introduction of new characters Deva's identity will be revealed

Of course Deva will marry her.How and when we don't know. He can manipulated her with the favour or will marry her to save her izzat. As Soni is behind Mr.mallik for Ananya. She may get furious knowing his concern for Tara she may try to do something nasty with Tara.

Another reason maybe Farwary.she didn't listen to her brother and went to save Raunak landing herself in a mess. Deva may marry Tara for messing with his life again

So I don't think they will reveal that soon, cause they need to stretch that a little bit for suspense to stay intact in their story.

I have certain speculation which I can share 

1. Farwari upon witnessing Dev"s heartbreak regarding Tara and Arjun"s ensuing marriage can reveal it to Tara before marriage 

2.Tara might herself get a huge hint of Deva being Mallik before marriage 

3. Tara gradually when get to stay with Deva after marriage might find  very fine similarities between Malik and Deva and conclude to her identity. 

Lastly, Deva in a fit of anger and revenge might Himself reveal he is Deva..
