Episode begins with Aks and Abhira taking care of their guest Smita whose husband Anurag has been killed by hit n run by Yuvraj. Mr Kipling comes to inform Aks that Anurag was not being taken for post mortem . Police were being bribed to close this case . Aks decides to fight for justice against the system . Abhira joins her mumma.
Mr Kipling warns them about the dangers of fighting against a sitting MLA.Smita wants the culprit who killed her husband Anurag , be punished .Smita, AKs and Abhira join hands to fight together . AKs assures today was Diwali n the Ravan of today will be killed . They take a bow before the deity.
At Poddar Villa Kaajal and Vidya are have it a rangoli competition Daadi sa encourages them. Manisha is her usual talkative self . Armaan sends Roohi pictures of the rangolies and asks Her to better learn to make better one than his mom, it will come handy later . Roohi is confused .
famoly members vote to decide the winning Rangoli, it’s a tie n Madhav’s vote decides the winner . Sanjay appreciates Kaajal in mocking way.
Rohit is teased by his siblings that next year there will be three rangolies , as his partner would be here . In his mind Armaan thinks , he had a surprise as there would be not three but four as by next Diwali his wife would be here too .
At Mussoorie resort, Abhira is shocked n furious seeing the various rangolies n other decorations in front of their main door , which was Yuvraj’s handiwork. He is annoyed that she opposed his plans , but assures they would marry soon. Abhira discovers the source of recorded voice , hears bell sounds s it plays and tries to destroy it .
At Poddar Villa , Manish gives a call to greet them on Diwali, Vidya and Daadi sa are on speaker phone , they ask about Roohi’s willingness for marriage. Manish shares that Roohi wants some more time to decide . After the call is disconnected, Daadi expresses her displeasure for Roohi as she was insulting their proposal. She should have thanks her stars for receiving proposal from the best sasuraal she could ever have . Vidya calms n reassures maa sa .
Roohi and Armaan have long romance over the phone . They make plans for their first date , their marriage proposal n their marriage , their sharing this news with their families .
Aks goes to police stn n asks the police officer to take action against the criminal Yuvraj . Police state how their teams were searching g for Yuvraj but failed to locate him. Abhira arrives and informs he was hiding inside Ghanta ghar . Police decide to search there .
At Goenka house Manish remembers Abhira and misses her n feels unknown bond with her . Manish, Swarna and Surekha discuss how they meet Abhira many times but never her mother , it was strange .
At police station Yuvraj is escorted by police team, he teases n flirts with Abhira . After he is out behind the bars Aks discusses the charge sheet with the police officer .Gajraj threatens Abheera that her mother might meet the same fate as her guest Anuraag. She is terrified .
