I thought Samarth was just trying to imitate a villain character earlier because I have never seen his body shaking and his weird behaviour during UD days. But nowadays when I see him I feel that the sudden twitches and movements in his body happens when he is extremely restless and stressed

Mannara needs help with style. Even her makeup, the only day it look nice was when khnzadi did it for her.

I agree, yes he twitches alot. Keeps moving his neck sideways also. On WKW you can clearly see him keep moving his neck sideways, movement with his eyes and all. In 1 episode even Abhishek said " yeh hilta kiu rehta hai itna"

I had the same feeling. I think he does have that and in one of tge episodes, when Abishek and Isha were discussing some issue, Samart was standing around and you could tell he had incontrolled movements, but he cleverly incorporated his moves into like moon walk dance.

I feel, when he is upset or emotional, his movements get worse.
