Using "Salman" and "acting" in the same sentence is like an oxymoron. The guy just seems to be himself, whether it's on-screen or off-screen. Maybe given a free rein, he'd start beating his co-stars on sceeen.

Saif was cringeworthy in KHNH?
Clearly we did not watch the same movie. Rohit was the most likeable character in that movie and Saif is a million times better actor than Salman any day
Doesn't mean Salman's entry was not iconic and awesome in KKHH. But this comparison is just unfair to both
