I am seeing so many positive comments about this season but somehow it's not working for TRP. I know World Cup is a reason but this is disappointing.
I'm still a bit hopeful seeing that all the weekend shows are suffering and not just Indian Idol alone so hopefully things rise after November 19 but still for a show having Shreya, it's pretty disappointing like you said. Maybe the audience actually like drama filled seasons instead of a normal one 
I’m honestly shocked at seeing KBC and Idol not getting that much ratings! Especially seeing Shreya as a judge! This season has been so great almost on par with S13 so I hope they get the ratings once the WC ends.
Tv audience watch their serials and Drama filled BB. Two singing shows on par. Shld singing shows be axed?
Same TRP. Just 0.7 TRP for Grand Premier episodes. Even SRGMP has beaten Indian Idol this time. Sony really needs to do something asap.

Grand premier was pretty good so this is really bad. It really looks like people have given up on Sony ke reality shows. Past seasons also had World Cup but the ratings wasn’t this bad. And they brought Jhalak on Sony let’s see how is that show gonna do.
I think people are watching Indian Idol on SonyLiv now? Because from last two weeks they have started showing ads even in the recorded episodes of the show. I read an article sometime back that Sony is looking for a hybrid model for their reality shows that's why they have started ads even in sonyliv and have stopped uploading Indian Idol at 8PM. Now it only gets uploaded after it's over on live TV. I'm guessing people are moving to digital maybe because of which they started this?
The dwindling TRPs are really sad! I hope they don’t bring the typical gimmicks like love stories and sob stories from last seasons and all. It’s so sad the the show finally got such a great judging panel and contestants and they get this in terms of ratings

I have a fear of that hopefully they don’t start doing match making things. Let the contestants just be the singer there’s no need to drag them in faltu ka drama.

I love most of their voices they have on show.
If I close my eyes, can feel Rafi's voice - when that dadi's grandson (sorry I forgot the name) is singing - OMG
