The precap most likely to be misleading, there must be much more in the background. Don't think the makers can afford to take it to a level where they cannot explain themselves.
It looks like they are creating sequences to expose both of their weaknesses and expectations from the other.
I think, all the misunderstanding/differences/sequences are purposely being created to reach to the main plot of the show.
At present, Kavya is at a position, where she can compromise anything for her career/work. Adi/child/personal life..nothing is more important to her than her career/work. Yes, she wants everything, but will definitely not think twice to prioritize her work over them. She may even trust Shubh again (against Adi) for her work.
(it was very clear in the episode today, after all what she witnessed and experienced herself, she took help from Shubh but not Adi, which was was more easy for her. After all, she had to use his contact/power to arrange security, then why not Adi's contact/power?).
On the other hand, Adi is still expecting Kavya to also give importance to him/child/personal life, other than her career/work. He failed a few times already to make her understand but he still trying repeatedly. Yes, he also wants her to achieve both, but he expects her to give priority to her health/child/personal life compared to career/work.
So, all this is leading to make Kavya understand both the lives are important and she must balance it to make sure, she can achieve all, as she definitely cannot live without Adi.
At the same time, Adi must understand that, he has no other option but to stand by Kavya and help to achieve her professional goals, so that she can also get time for personal life. There is no other way for Adi here. He cannot lose Kavya at any cost, there is none except her in his life.
Both need to understand their flaws/mistakes and each other's weaknesses/expectations from them, and then work towards it. The makers seem to be reaching to the main plot of the show and at the cost of all this ddp/forced drama.
