Episode begin with Akshara confronting Prashant wielding the pistol at Abir , she shields her son , and at opportune moment she shuts him in the nearby room and faces the guy .
In the cctv room Mahim notices Aks in confrontation with Prashant . Parth is in touch with AbhiM and keeps him posted with the latest .
Prashant fights with Aks and demands MD’s son, Aks asks him to let Abir go n kill her instead . Prashant says he was not interested in Her but wanted MD’s son. Aks decides to lie for life saving measure She states she was his wife , right then AbhiM arrived and stands between Aks and Prashant. Their argument continues .Prashant accuses hospital and doctors harming his son who was here for treatment while AbhiM tries to reason him . All the other family members , para medics take cover n help all patients and visitors to take cover too.
Police team arrives , disarms Prashant n arrests him n whisks him away .AbhiRa and Abir reunion and tight hug .
Mahima is very concerned n discusses with Parth. Mahima creates ruckus with the police women wanting to go inside but is stopped by them for security concerns. She assures the police team was inside .
AbhiM requests Police inspector not to punish the already suffering . Kairav confronts AbhiM for saving the guy who was attempting t9 murder and taking hostage of Hospital staff , doctors n patients .
AbhiM refuses to file case against Prashant as he was doing this for his son. Kairav is against AbhiM’s views .
AbhiM assures Prashant he will cure his son .
AbhiM then himself treats the child , Prashant is very grateful to AbhiM for saving his son’s life and apologises for his actions . AbhiM forgives him n reassures him, , Mahima asks Abhi what was wrong with she kid why was he not responding earlier . AbhiM states the fault was with Parth , his spurious oxygen cylinders. AbhiM confronts Parth for his actions . Partha accuses AbhiM of earning money thru his surgical cases, and because of his MD position, while he had no means to earn money . So he did this to earn money . Anand and AbhiM confront him for harming lives of others for the greed for money .. Parth stands his ground , Mahima, Manjari m Aarohi , Shefali all confront Parth and finally Manjari and Mahim together throw him out of the Birla Mansion and Birla hospital . Partha threatens and warns them of dire consequences before the doors are shut on his face . Manjari and Aarohi state they are ready to face the consequences.
At Goenka Mansion Aks is lost in thoughts of AbhiM saving her life n Abir’s life during the hostage drama at BH. Abir comes n disturbs her thoughts. He misses his papa and feared losing his mumma . He is very thankful to Docman for saving their lives . He feels close to Docman like his papa. Aks feels awkward n moves away .
The entire Goenka family agrees with Abir , they feel AbhiM needed to be part of Aks and Ani’s lives to be there to bring up the child n protect him. Bade papa, Kairav, Swarna, Mimi and Surekha agree. They persuade Aks to change her mind .
Muskaan over hears this n fumes with fury .
