They can and most likely will manipulate to get PB in Top 2 by evicting one of Abhishek or Elvish by pitting them against each other. Because this is the only way to get one of them out as none of the other contestants has a vote bank as big as Elvish/Fukra.

If it doesn’t happen Top 2 are Elvish vs Fukra.

Makers can only manipulate till the finale. Uske baad it's all about the votes. They are audited and cannot be tampered with. Throughout the seasons, jo bhi jeeta hai (Acha, bura, toxic, hated) has always had the most votes.

Elvish easily has the votes to win an election on ground, reality show toh araam se nikal lega even if he sleeps through the next 2 weeks (like last season's winner 😆)
