1. Birth Certificate dept- Mam adhar card layiye aise naam nahi badhal sakthe we need proof. 

2.Aadhar card dept- Mam passport layiye aise naam nahi badhal sakthe we need proof.

3. Passport Dept -  Mam birth certificate layiye aise naam nahi badhal sakthe we need proof.
