Can't say anything with these makers, but hopefully they're not going the punar janam way (logical though it might be with time travel, not really my cup of tea)

Another reason this (Dhruv's death) is unlikely to happen is the scale of sheer injustice it would be to poor Sushi.

Unless there's a genuine attempt to kill him and they show something like- Dr.Dhruv cannot be killed because he doesn't belong to that time. He's immortal in that century
