Anyone who thinks Aruna is special should look at this plate.
There are lot of elements in the plate. What I can see is gajar kaa halwa with onion slices, vinegar dipped brocolli and peas on top of bread slice, whisked curd and three slices of garlic bread covered with butter milk. All the bright colours on the plate go well with each other. The colour of plate is complimenting the entire dish. It truly represents the theme of today's task

@ Red: Don't forget she stressed on Banarsi kaddu ki sabji with poori. Some is suddenly trying to capture audience base from North India.
Gurki and Aruna are getting on my nerves since last two episodes.
Using silbatta for soup instead of a ghotni and then giving indignant expressions on negative reviews.
Aruna is masallah for always harping about Indian cuisine and then using a pinch of haldi in kheer instead of turmeric leaf or even pandan. Good lord.

Our elders used to tell that eating only corn in more quantity may give stomach ache.. specially if it's undercooked. That's the reason I still eat popcorn in limit

Because nixtamalisation of corn wasn't adopted by the Europeans who introduced the crop to the rest of the world from Mesoamerica. Without nixtamalisation, human body cannot digest corn properly and it leads to massive calcium/Vitamin B3 deficiency.
