I was disappointed when Oscar passed on Coppola's Megalopolis. However, with all the abysmal reviews about how the movie turned out, on-set controversies, and the low opening, I'm glad he dodged the bullet. The film continues to stay in the news for the wrong reasons. Feeling bad for Adam Driver.

I kind of expected this from the trailer because Deepak Dobriyal is a great actor.

In a few seconds, he stole the show from the trailer for Good Luck Jerry, which made me watch that movie.

Cillian's new movie Small Things Like These trailer. The story based on storyline focuses on Ireland's infamous Magdalene laundries.

The Magdalene Laundries were institutions in Ireland that held women and girls against their will from the 18th century until the last one closed in 1996. The laundries were run by religious orders, mainly Roman Catholic, and were named after Mary Magdalene, a biblical figure considered a fallen woman.

The laundries held women and girls for a variety of reasons, including: Being unmarried mothers, Being perceived as promiscuous, Being the daughters of unmarried mothers, Being considered a burden on their families or the state, and Having been sexually abused.

The conditions in the laundries were harsh, and women reported being: Physically and verbally abused, Denied food and water, Assigned new names, and Refused contact with family members
