So far about two childhood friends who have grown up together in the same colony. No way of telling but maybe this isn't what the drama is based on. The guy sounds super conservative and possessive though they aren't in a relationship. Their mothers seem to have wished for the two to get married at some point. The guy gets angry at the girl for wearing make-up at a wedding.

Story looks interesting but as I said before, I think the drama is an original script not based on any novel
