Well, in this OS, Sai has got an inkling that Shruti is being heavily guarded. For what? She doesnt know and obviously doesnt care. Being a dr, her duty is ti care for a sick person. Whether that person is a criminal or a murderer doesnt matter.
I think as a dr you would agree.

Hi friends, readers and critics.
Posting the next chapter in an hour's time. But before that, need to clarify a few things about this OS.
This is a work of imagination and has no connect with any real time police, intelligence or medical situation anytime.
I am introducing a few new characters.
Dhurandhar Bhatawadekar (DB for short) is the head of SIT constituted by the centre to nab the naxalites. The reason is simple, the state level police, headed by DIG (Nagpur div) is heavily infitrated by naxalites and their sympathizers..
There are many civilian sympathizers as well. Remember the professor whom Sada interacted with in the mall. Professor Bhandari is one such person in this OS.
DB outranks the DIG. The security placed around Shruti reports to him directly. The DIG knows about this. Virat also is aware of the central team.
