I can’t sleep with more than one pillow (which I punch down as flat as it can get). My neck starts hurting otherwise. 😔

I have soft fluffy pillows so they don’t bother my neck. I read somewhere it’s better for head to be elevated

off topic at work I saw 3 coworkers having desktop punching bag, they said it helped them. I bought the same way they had and it helped a little bit lol I don’t use it anymore 

1pillow otherwise they will fall off I may kick or drop them in my sleep
