Mumbai police file molestation case against Vibhu Agrawal, CEO of Ullu Digital

Mumbai: Mumbai Police have registered a molestation case against Vibhu Agrawal, the CEO of film production company Ullu Digital Private Limited for allegedly sexually harassing a woman. Agrawal has been booked under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Mumbai.

Anjali Raina, the company's country head has also been booked, Mumbai Police informed, according to news agency ANI.

So a case against this guy was registered, I get that. But why was the country head also booked? What did she do?

Probably the victim named her too.

The complainant alleged around 8.15pm Agarwal and the country head called her to the store room and put pressure on her to remove her clothes and threatened to defame her family if she didn’t comply.

If a woman or female is present during any sexual crime against woman/girl ( rape/ molestation) she is also considered as a partner in crime. I remember reading a case where a woman was convicted by court of rape charges along with other rapists.

No idea about legality, but I think that does count as accomplice to a crime. And thier have been cases of female raping other females too. So I think it is possible, but no idea about actual legality.

I saw this case in Bhawar many years back. It was a real case. It shocked me to the core.
