I don't think they will replace her and the main reason is because the TRP is coming. To be honest I don't even feel she has been warned yet, if they had done that she won't be giving these kind of interviews.

TBH SP might not warn her because they know some fans on SM can cross boundaries...

If Neil didn’t care for sairat he wouldn’t give his best in the role especially romantic scenes

As an artist he knows what works
