The episode begins with Pakhi leaving Shah house with Kavya , Anu getting emotional and assuring herself that Pakhi was too young to understand her mother’s problems, but the day she understood she was going tk come back to her running , Anu would wait for that day. It really hurt when Pakhi MU a her mother.
In the kitchen Anu n Kinjal are working together, Kinjal praises her mom’s forward thinking and Anu appreciates how smart n independent Kinjal was , Anu warns all mother’s tk keep them selves updated with the feast of the world and keep changing themselves to adjust otherwise they become old n misfits . No age was too late to start learning.
Anu them looks forwards to managing the school annual event and also misses Pakhi in her team. Anu assures herself that Kavya would teach her something nice . Kinjal asks if Papa had rep,Eid to her divorce notice . Anu denies and makes an excuse that he must have got busy with his job etc .
Baa is offering Bahu, Naati and Naati ki bahu Dahi Shakkar while they leave for work on their first day . Anupama also performs the rituals n wishes them all the best . Kinjal wants Anu to accompany her on the first day, she recollects how her own mother a Rakhi had no time tk accompany her to school on her first day , but this time zanu would surely accompany her, she feels Anu is her lucky charm . Babuji and Mama ji feels nice about Anu n Kinjal . Kinjal has employed Jhilmil for the entire day so that Baa or Babuji face no problems while the bahu’s are away at work for almost the entire day . Baa gets infuriated n enters into a spat with Kinjal . Both are unstoppable n consider herself right . Ultimately Babuji stops them . He takes Leela away and urges Kinjal n Anu to leave for office . Toshu walks away to his first day at Dave’s excellency Coaching center. Anu and Kinjal feel very upset with Leela’s scathing harsh words , Babuji boosts their morale n smilingly sends them off .
At Kavya house VanYa have a minor spat over his looking for new job. Van gets call from Dholakia over settlement of his dues . Kavya is disappointed that she would have to work under Kinjal n report to her . Van has awkward moments and fumes as he had no ID a of this office any more and is treated like any other visitor.
Anu is impressed by the huge office building , it was beyond her imagination ,Kinjal Mis shokced that Van had never ever taken Anu to his office . Kinjal takes Anu inside the office building , she is awed by the huge expanse of the interior and the huge office. She is so proud of Kinjal and blesses her , Kinjal is proud of Anupama and considers her lucky charm. Kinjal shows Anu her office and Anu thun8s Van might be having a similar office as h head worked for 30 years here n had given his best to this company . Kinjal is surprised how Anu still got nostalgic over Vanraj even after all this .

Vanraj is furious with Anupama for daring to enter his office n sitting on his office chair. Anu and Kinjal are shocked, Anu rises from that chair hesitantly. Kavya accuses Anu of doing all this purposely and this was her well planned move. She had been planning this for the last 25 years n he has seen this new version of Anupama for the first time, he fumes.
