I had a neighbour with similar behavioural traits ,  it’s quite scary to live with someone with unpredictable behaviour like them .

People say he's depressed, so handle with care. No! If he's, he should be at home, taking care of himself. Iska faltu ka tantrum baki kyu tolerate kare. People like him who are literal disease. He tries to manipulate others emotionally & God! that's such a vicious trait.

Per layek to ho. Iski stardom to raat gayi baat gayi type hai. His one notable work was Kavyanjali. Abhi log kitna respect kare that too when he's super disrespectful.
