Episode begins with Kunal asking Abir to think over what their mother wanted , Abir protests that she always blackmailed them /forced them into agreeing to her plans, if they did it this time she would do something else next time . They should let her know that her methods are wrong , they they would not work on them any more .
Kaushal asks Mishit to think of what Meenu wanted , he could not see his didi so unhappy . Even he would become unhappy with Di.
Mishit gets emotional and is in dilemma , she wants to be a mother but apologises she can’t, she could do nothing about it , she wanted Abir not to feel compromised because if her, she wa ted him to feel happy and she also wanted the entire family to be happy but is sorry she gave everyone reason to feel sad. She considers herself very unlucky n weeps.
Abir gets a phone call from the adoption dept , he asks Mishti to accompany him for a work of few mins . Mishit agrees . At the adoption centre Mishit asks Abir not to hurry into any decision they might regret later. Abir asks her to do what she felt was correct , she was free to take ehr decision, Mishti looks at Abir n signs the papers . The Adoption agency’s rep takes the documents n thanks them n informs she will initiate the process which might go on for mother then two months .
Abir asks Mishti that they have two months to think over their decision , this was enough time. Mishit asks him to think over Meenu’s wishes if going for surrogacy. Abir is not willing to trouble another girl for going thru pregnancy just for Meenu’s selfish reasons . He narrates how sometimes the birth mother became attached to the baby and it would be cruel to take the baby away from her .
At Meenu’s bedside she talks to Kunal and apologises for being so rude to him , for her cruel words that no mother should ever tell ehr children n she weeps , Kunal gets emotional and says being his mother he owed her right to get angry with him, meenu then weeps that she was not her birth mother but Kunal was more of a son to her than her real son. Kunal gets emotional on hearing this .
He assures he will be for his mother always. She asks him to convince Abir for surrogacy , she understood he di don’t want to trouble another girl for this, Meenu says they need not go for a stranger for surrogacy , she asks Kunal to think of Kuhu could be the surrogate mother Mishbir baby .
Kunal is shocked .

MISHBIR HAPPILY INFORM everyone that the Adoption agency had approved Mishbir for becoming parents to an adopted kid . They show their certificates with bunches of balloons .
Kunal thinks this family has given him so much it was now time for him to give something in return.
Kunal tells Kuhu that Meenu wanted a Kuhu to be the surrogate mother for Mishbir baby , she is shocked .
