yea bhi fact hai. Yaar I love my job it's a fact which is why I am still apprehensive about switching my career, corona aya toh I am a bit HAPPY ki I can hold on to this for some more time... It's just at least if you can't at all, at least give the minimal respect to your child's teacher. Baccho ko kya blame karna they learn from their parents. 😒 Itna I work hard, return mein marks kam mile toh teacher ki galti aur marks zyada mile toh mera baccha hi best hai. 30% se 80% pe leke aao student ko, return mein milta kya? every profession has there set backs yaha pe bhi kaam hum karte hain credit boss le jatte hain kafi baar
still one thing makes me motivated is i know mujhe apna business issi line main karna hain to mujhe apne basics aur grouds perfect karne hain that thing makes me go on 😊
mithi credit ki baat nahi hai, respect ki baat hai. Your boss respects, your work area respects you. Boss bhi credit le jata hai toh utna dard nahi hota. In my place there's no one to respect you, I understand the child is learning from the parents, so I can't even say anything apart from feeling bad. But when learner parents forget to give you the minimal respect the issue happens worst part it is something that has increased over the years.
