Nah he suspects meenu having something to do with this coffee thats why to be careful he exchanged coffee with kuhu, he is not aware of kuhu involvement.... even in room confrontation he didnt react when she wanted to know who did it... neither he denied or accepted... he just wanted her to keep calm for 24 hours he didnt say her to not look for the culprit..
and property papers its out of character for both mishbir to accept this as they always wanted to have their own identity.. but here he is happy that nanko is ready to accept mish n do this for her... more than meenu he is concentrating on his brother as its him who took care of company along with meenu, he already said na family can believe her fakeness not him... so its about nanko..
