Babita's basic nature changed 360 degree

Babita was a loving mother, a loving wife and  loving daughter in law all of that is required for a woman to be praised in this India Society.

She was a Mother who sacrificed 18+ years for her daughter in a house that nobody even cares for her.

She was a loving wife who probably did not even see her husband for 9+ years as he was busy making a new wife

She was a loving daughter in laws (including their daugheter and husband).She did everything to make her happy.She was like a maid to them for all of them.Some say it's her mistake she didn't oppose all of that ...It's her mistake that Ashok left him.NO it's not.Stop blaming a woman for every damn thing.Ashok is her husband what he did was cheating, justifying him saying he did not spend time with Babita hence it's justified to cheat her is so wrong in so many levels.Doesn't that same applies to Babita?.She could have cheated him as welll siting the same reason then all would have bashed her left right and center.Now since she suffered for 18 long years, it's gain her mistake..Is waiting for her Husband,expecting her child to have her own father a sin.A woman doesn't think of herself then she thinks of everyone.

In case she had left him even before discovering his cheating on Babita ,again she will be Bashed.Y not after all she's a woman.She has to be perfect according to everyone's standards.

Now finally when writers have decided to really butcher her character that it seems only she's the one wrong and all others right.Then now people say she has always been this way..Her basic nature was always like this?🤔

Log kya kahenge thing comes to everyone's mind..Everyone behaves in one way publicly and on a personal level differently.If Babita has some sense of Log kya kahenge ,it's fine as HS and Mini too has that.But CVs in the process of butchering Babita might have doubled the dose of Log kya kahenge.

Babita was never a women who does things only to please the world..Atlst she never was...

she needs to be strong to prove a point.

She became strong not to prove a point but for her and her daughter.She didn't want to live like a sautan in that hose,she had her dignity and selfrespect also a better future for her daughter hence she became strong.If she really thinks of only Log kya kahenge,she could have never left the house at the first place.Remember how mohalle walle taunted her and consider her as wrong.Preet's mom was behaving so indifferent with her.She could have avoided all of it since she only thinks of Log kya kahenge.

she needs to be a wife to "fit in" to society.

She did not go around HS and made him fall for her.She never wanted to marry HS at the first place thinking of her daughter then how the hell she married him to just fit in the society.She first fell in love with him then after evryone's will/force she agreed to marry him.If her only reason was to marry someone and just fit in the society she could have done that just like that.What was stopping her anyways?

Also wasn't 2nd marriage a subject of Log kya kahenge ?Why would she even go ahead for the marriage..It was only cos of her love for both HS and Mini.

Thinking any of it othrwise is worst and regressive thinking even than Miss Rajita and team.

She has a loving husband so does she loves her.Both of them have their set of imperfections.Only that Babita being a woman,people can't digest her imperfections or rather should i say she can't be herself.

So what if she throws tantrums sometimes..we all do that happens when wee r around our loved ones and we have the freedom to ,who don't judge  ...if jealousy is termed as tantrums then a person in Love will have jealousy fearing the loss..What a big deal.

Babita may have been butchered badly,but even if not there are people to butcher may be in love of other characters or actors.

People have set some standards on how Babita should behave and anything other than that would term her as wrong.

Finally,Only thing Babita's basic nature was never any of that stated above.Her character is taken for  a 360 degree ride only cos they have decided to change the lead.How can the new FL survive when the Ex Lead was more mahaan..So yeah butcher the Ex FL to the extent that everyone starts hating her and accepts the new FL

Nicely said. Agree with what you said.i have seen worst to worst people live happily in real life. Like i said earlier too that no person can hide his or her real character for 17 long years.

well said, Log kya kahenge is in everyones mind, even mini beats up Khatri when ever he says something, if at all she never bothered abt log kya kahenge then she shld ignore him.. and it was mini who said babes that she got her mom married so that she can break societal norms in surname epi.. log kya kahenge does matter in everyones life, afterall we shld live in the same society, we cant be shameless n roam with anyone just bcoz the same log considers it a sin.. there are certain things which we have to abide the society, babes character was butchered so that the new FL shld be accepted.. its crystal clear through kk's approach

Babitha was always a kind & loving person & definitely this is an admirable quality.  All she wanted is a loving family which she never got from her 1st marriage. She only got cheating /character assassination and whatnot. Her in-laws too took only sons side at the end. She just trusted her daughter and without thinking walked out to lead a life. Even after the court scene when Mini cried to HS saying I made Babitha strong but again Papji pulled her down she just heard and decided to fight back. She is definitely a strong person. A persons strength comes out only on life experiences.  From the beginning she has always put others before self which is again a very good quality.  She always never wants to hurt anyone and that is why even when Lovely taunted her during marriage time during the terrace incident she initially hesitated. But when Mini gave her support she back answered Lovely. But as a person who never wants to hurt anyone she felt bad again. Same during CD incident she back answered Khuranas but felt bad as they were elders. Rajitha made this her weakness.

She never took alimony from her husband because of  SELF RESPECT. When a person has cheated u/ spoke so ill about you in front of  so many people how dirty u feel. From such a person who will take the alimony ? she did the right thing. But Rajitha made this her foolishness/ EGO.

When HS spoke badly to her she did raise her voice and walked out of haveli.  Because again it was on her character. No self respectful lady would tolerate thi. But Rajitha made it EGO when she asked him for apology. There are many to list but…

Rajitha started on a very positive note with a message daughter giving wings and mother will have an upward graph.

But right now turning the table & making her character not even back to original i.e loving and mild and showing something else makes me to think Rajitha hates  her own written character because the original Babitha was a wonderful being.

Rajitha has just degraded herself.

this was exactly what came in my mind when I saw that epi... but none questioned this as makers have presented it right, but from my POV what she said irked me, she also blamed her mom for her career loss which also irked me.. I don't understand at the tender age of 18 where youngsters start their career she conveniently blamed her mom for career loss.. none again pointed this flaw of mini..whenever she fights with babes she goes to her grand parents and show them that she is sad which gives them another chance to blame babitha, In reality none of the ex daughter in laws even allow their children to meet their hubby's GP's, here atleast babes is liberal enough to allow her and all she wants is not to hear anymore accusations from her ex in laws.. is this a crime? no but still many blamed babes only just bcoz makers did not present her POV... babithas character has been changed for the sake of mini, she was never the same, yes log kya kahenge always bothers her but she never compromised bcz of that, did anybody think during 17yrs of her maid life how much the same log would have taunted her?? forget log lovely herself did so.. she must have been taunted like why your hubby doesn't come to visit you often, why don't he love you, why is that you are away from your hubby, etc etc.. did she succumb that time? NOO, she never did then why now? solely bcoz makers wanted to show mini mahaan and victim and babes a villain of her own life and mini's life??

 The points you have written are to the point..It depends on people to people how u take it.

Rajita has always given bad dialogues to Babita eventhough she was right she was either made to feel wrong  by everyone or by her own dialogues.
