Geet is astonished to see how Maan reads her mind so easily… .
Now she realizes what she has been missing….
It’s not just like anyone’s company for that matter, it’s MSK’s that she missed…
That MSK who has vouched for her happiness from the moment he saw her….
Maan: tum ye kya kya sochke kamakaam pareshaan hoti ho Geet?
Geet: mein kahan pareshaan hoon?
Geet doesn’t want to ruin Maan’s happiness, which he rightly deserves after all the wait, with her own worries…
Maan: mujhe patha hai ki tum teek nahi ho, kya hua Geet? Tum Dev ke barein mein soch rahi haina? Tum fikar mat karo Geet, mein kal hi Dev se baat kartha hoon
How well this man knows her?
Geet: nahi, woh toh meine kal hi Dev se baat karli
Maan: Dev ko bahut bhura laga hoga, issiliye tum pareshaan haina?
Geet: mujhe patha hai ki meine sabko kamakaam pareshaan kiya hai, par Dev toh bahut samajhdar hai, woh dhere dhere sab samajh jayega
Maan: phir tum kyun itna sochke apne app ko dukh pohanchati ho Geet? Mere hothe hue tumme koi bhi mushkil ko akhela samna nahi karna padega, aur mein itne din se tumme aaise udaas dekhne nahi par kush dekhne ke liye hi taras raha tha
Geet goes and hugs him tight…
Geet: I know Maan, mein abhi bahut kush hoon, bahut
Maan kisses her forehead…
Maan: I love you Geet, ab tum akhele nahi ho Geet
Geet: I love you too Maan
Maan: tuh bathao, kya soch rahi thi?
Geet: woh Dadima ko kaise bathayenge? Aur Gayatri maa ko mein kaise keh sakthi hoon ki mein wapas aapke saath jaana chahthi hoon?
Maan knows how difficult it would be for Geet to tell Gayathri ji…
Even Maan can’t just go and tell her that he wants his Geet back…..
Maan tightens his hug….
Maan: tum fikar mat karo Geet, hum sabko ye baat batha denge, aur kissi ko bhi isse koi problem nahi hogi, sab tumme kush dekhna hi chathe hai
Geet: kash aaisa hi hotha, par ye itna aasaan nahi hai Maan
Geet pauses and looks very much worried…
Maan: kya hua Geet? Mujhe bathao, mein hoon na, mein sab teek kar doonga Geet, tum bas mujhpe barosa karna, iss bar koi galti nahi hoga, par tum mujhe pehle bathao ki kya hua hai, mein ek aur galatfami ko bardaast nahi kar saktha hoon Geet
Geet can see how Maan is affected by her, how he is worried about them, he really can’t afford to stay far from them even if it’s for a day…
He is so concerned about her happiness that he can’t see her hurt even for a moment…
Geet: aaise koi baat nahi hai Maan
Maan: abhi bhi tumme mujhpe barosa nahi haina?
Geet: aap kaise baat karthe ho?
Geet goes and hugs him…
Geet: mein wapas jaane ki barein mein sochke pareshaan hoon Maan
Maan: mujhe bhi yahan se jaane ka mann hi nahi hai Geet, kya na hum aaise hi yahi settle hi jaye, sirf mein tum aur Aditi, kitna achcha hoga?
Geet: aap baat ko samjho Maan, mein Mumbai jaane ki baat kar rahi hoon, kal Gayathri maa se baat hui thi
Maan then remembers that Geet is still living with them…. They are like her family now…
Maan: par ab toh hum jaa nahi sakte na?
Geet: woh bahut pareshan hai, Aditi ko bar bar pooch rahe the, aur jaldi wapas aane ko bola hai, shadi ke intrezar kar rahe hai
Maan can’t believe it…
Maan: tumne kya kaha Geet?
Geet: woh
Geet struggles to say for the fear of hurting him…
Maan: bolo Geet
Geet: meine kaha ki hum jaldi wapas aayenge
Maan knows that she has only said what she had to… but still the thought of seperation terrifies him…
Maan doesn’t know what to say….
Geet: Maan, ab hum kya karenge?
Geet bhi ab Maan se dhoor nahi reh payegi….
Maan: sab kuch sahi hoga Geet, tum bas dekhthe rehna, ab tum dono meri zamendari hogaye ho, ab tum ye sare pareshaaniyan mujhpe chodo aur bas iss kushi ko bina koi dikkat ke apnalo, aakhir tum itne din se issi ka intezar kar rahe the na, ab uss kushi ko sweekar karne se kyun darthe ho Geet? Ye tummari haq hai, ab se Aditi sirf tummari zindagi nahi, hummari zindagi hai, aur tum sirf meri ho Geet, MSK ki Geet, kissi aur ko koi haq nahi hai, samjhi tum?
Geet forgets all her woes, she just keeps admiring Maan… she is finally free of worries, she doesn’t have to fear anymore, for she has got Maan to accompany her for the rest of the journey…
Maan gently lifts her as she keeps staring into his eyes with relief and total surrender… she is finally returned to where she belongs, in his protective arms…
Maan takes her and makes her lie beside Aditi while he lies down beside her….
Geet turns and looks at Aditi…
Maan helps her cover with the quilt as he too slides inside it as he cuddles close to Geet….
Maan: good night Geet, ab sojao
Geet sleeps peacefully under his warmth…
Next day….
Geet is getting Aditi ready…
Maan comes in searching her…
Maan: Geet Geeet
He seems very happy….
Geet: Maan, kya baat hai? Aap toh bahut kush ho aaj, subha subha kya kush kabri milli hai?
Maan: meri kushi ki kya kami hai Geet? ab mein akhela nahi hoon, apne pariwar ke saath hoon, isse achcha kush kabri toh ho hi nahi
Geet: I know, par aaj zyada hi kush lag rahe ho
Maan: haan Geet, iss lockdown extend ho gaya
Geet: kya?
Maan: haan ab humme koi disturb nahi kar saktha
Maan lifts her and swirls around to share his joy…
Geet: Maan, aap kya kar rahe ho?
Aditi stands there and stares the both of them… she must be wondering who is the kid here?
Aditi doesn’t like Maan lifting her mother like that much…
Maan: mein bahut kush hoom Geet, ab mein tum aur Aditi saath hi rahenge
Geet: aap pagal ho gaue ho Maan, mujhe neeche utharo
Maan puts her down…
He lifts Aditi this time…
He throws her up and catches her back…
Aditi is happy to be playing the new game….
Maan: haan kushi se pagal hi gaya hoon
Geet: Maan, sambalke
Maan doesn’t hear her at all…. He is enjoying how Aditi laughs everytime he catches her….
Geet: sare duniya iss pandemic ko lekhe pareshaan hai aur ek aap hai jo kushiyan mana rahe ho
Maan: meri kushiyan abhi mujhe wapas milli hai, mein usse enjoy karna chahtha hoon, bas
Geet: woh toh hai, ab mei bhi aapko rokhna nahi chahthi
They have a family hug together…. Aditi doesn’t mind Maan hugging Geet now….
Maan needs them to stay here at least for Aditi to adjust herself in this new world of their’s ….
Maan would love to fly off to Canada with these two anytime soon but he can’t just do that for Geet would come only with the acceptance of the two families which is also the right thing to do….
After all dadi was the first one to recognize Maan’s love for Geet and propose their marriage, which is when Maan himself found out that he wants to spend the rest of his life with this girl only…
Gayathri on the other hand is still dreaming about her son’s wedding with Geet… they can’t just shatter her dreams in a moment, she is a hypertension patient and they have to slowly make her understand their position…
Maan is not in any hurry this time, he would like to take them back to Canada proudly with all respects and honor.. he wants everyone’s blessings and good wishes.. specially Dadi’s and Gayathri’s….

Warmth and Togetherness
Geet is worried firstly about Dadima and secondly
about Gaythri Maa
and she is not wrong to worry because both these ladies
should accept that Geet has only loved Maan and still only loves Maan
that Dev and Geet are just great friends
hope Dev can slowly relate to his mother that Geet has found her first love
and won't be coming back
Maan needs to speak to his family members and prepare them too for the truth
the lockdown has been extended and Maan is so happy
to spend more time just with Geet and Aditi alone
