they didnt tell us 

When Nivi entered the first scene in Swiss where was she where Bajaj came out from

was that her hotel then how did Bajaj come out from there?

She said I have to find Prerna How did she know Prerna was staying at that hotel and how did 

Anupam know Nivi is there because he came behind her. 

they all came to switzerland for a deal...i think the co. who has invited them for it has arranged the stay for all the companies in the same hotel..just a guess..😛
