Is Ayushmann Khurrana's "Dream Girl" about a transgender?

story is about an old retired lady priyanka chopra. she is an aunt of college boy anushman

old lady comes to mumbai after being deported from US.  she was caught stealing undergarmets from victoria secrets. 

she does not have a place in mumbai. she sees an ad for rent but it only wants women and no man

old lady priyanka decides to make her nephew anushman a girl

the malik makan is bamun irani. he also has a son raj kumar rao

movie then revolves around blooming love between bamun and priyanka....while raj kumar rao's eyes are on parda waali anushman

issues develop between father and son as only one could get married

interesting plot

I think it's a male who ends up talking on a sex line as a woman.

Ayushmaan at it again, fooling people into thinking he is a great actor by doing cool out of the box movies with social message.
