This is because for TRP they need catfight. With Kabeer they can't show that.
TRP audience generally love this kind of fights between bahus, sas bahu and so on. So, it is highly possible that they follow the same route to gain numbers.
Ofcourse, for us Kabeer vs Jhanvi is better, but for Tv audience this will not go well, I believe. They will love jethani devrani fight more than devar Bhabi fight.

As is fans are not liking KK pairing plus Tanvi acting. Everyone wants Tanvi to improve her acting skills. Why would media do a poll like this amidst all this?
TBH, I loved May 10th episode which was show casing all the family members and their equation. There were no awkward romantic scenes. Loved Jhanvi/papa tashan and the smoothness with which Jhanvi was controlling the media and mom.

By the time jhanvi created this misunderstanding between kabir-kavya, the duo had fallen in love with each other.

Yes, so that goes to show the makers have took the base premise of the original and many of the characters too, but tweaked it to make changes here and there.
As per the original story Jahnvi isn't her father's real daughter, she's a gangster's child. And her mother returns later on, but refuses to accept an evil child. Don't know if they will retain this plot in the hindi version.

It is good if they are changing the original plot. I hope they don't turn Dhruv negative and bring any ex girlfriend of his in the show. They can make Dhruv a grey character, without making him a cheater also. That will be more interesting to watch.
