Anyway Vikas has too many people accusing him so it's impossible to give him any benefit of doubt. But Kangana is like always milking the entire movement to her own benefit.

It sounds like the statement is specifically against Kangana and not others. Technically Kangana did bring her into the conversation by specifically saying that Vikas was still married when he was doing what she accused him of so I think she has the ground to respond and she makes valid points. She is basically calling out Kangana as a hypocrite and opportunist whose behavior shows she was his friend until it became more useful to her to pile on to the accusations.
