Prerna's character was such a great role to play . she was a carefree girl who only wanted simple life without any tension. then she falls in love with anurag. then she n he had one night stand. anurag gets married to kmolika and prerna finds out she is pregnant. Family ask for abortion but she keeps it. she starts working hard and starts her business with a guy named vineet but it was anurag who asked vineet to help her without telling prerna about it. Her decisions about her life. having third child again out of wedlock was such a big deal to show when tulsi n parvati were playing ideal bahus. i always rated prerna higher than them because it was a very modern role and ahead of its time. like 2 kids out of wedlock. shuffling between bajaj and anurag.
Prerna becomes a strong head lady who have seen the realities of world. it was really a complex role n erica really got a great role to play . i have seen people mocking ekta n kasuatii but prerna is surely stronger than the old role of erica where she went back to mommy's boy . prerna was never a doormat ... erica pls play it well. old kasuatii fans has high expectations😆
