I would love seeing a Lattuji track. Especially since Vivaan's punjabi is extremely funny π€£

I agree with many of your points. It was a great read, as always.I understand your disappointment with Meera. Somewhat similar to what I feel with the way Vivaan shaped up. Or maybe they did not bother shaping him up after a point other than associating him with all sorts of randomness. 'Unhinged' was not how I had seen him and I do remember that scene where he pins her up the wall. But the sorry also came after that and that is precisely my problem. When the character offered flexibility, you choose to go down the worst route possible and then don't even address it. And until they address it, this character remains irredeemable for me.MCP is probably harsh and ofc Vivaan is the same person with his liberal views on a woman's rights on her pregnancy and all. But breaking off at ones own will reeks of chauvinism and maybe it is again a catch 22 with the character, as you have said. IDK.π I agree, he does realize he has shortcomings and he now wants to work on those. I also agree how he has overcome most of his notions about Meera while that does not appear to be the case with Meera.I am probably not AS upset with Meera because I always saw her as a typical FL post the wedding, albeit with bit of an edge. With regards her enthusiasm to find PK, I would not say all her actions were only to prove herself right. She did want him to be happy. But the way it was presented did not make her come across as sensitive for most. And that can be passed off as naivete and TV demands, as you said. But then further on from that point, her understanding of the man himself and how she sensitively handled their issues also needed to be shown. But they don't believe in that so apart from few moments, we have this unpalatable version rn. How can a character have little to no growth even after all this while is something i'll never understand.Post finding PK, tracks should have been about exploring their shades as individual characters and how they grow to understand each other.Unfortunately all this analysis looks futile to me rn. I know the points I have written above do not make much sense and there is a lot more in your post that I want to agree with TBH. But there is only so much I can manage after seeing some of the most ridiculous scenes. The point is that I do not recognize these characters anymore and the level of disconnect is not even real. When you find Silky-Vivaan conversation more believable than the one b/w the leads you have shipped, something somewhere is certainly wrong.I am not going back on my words that Vivaan does not deserve to be forgiven until the couple decide and talk out their issues. But that does not mean he has no dignity and the wife can get away with telling him "hey there, you work here right? Here's the list of items you have to get. coz we have someone coming to see me tomorrow. Now go off to your servant quarters and sleep."... with that entitled face all in the name of some plan, the reasoning for which could make anyone's ears bleed. Is it even surprising that when she manages to find her spine back, it is him who she berates? Even in an act, it is like Papa deserves respect but the husband does not. I wonder if some online viewers find her inspiring because she constantly shows the ML 'his place'. I differ... that does not make anyone a woman of substance. If anything, you come across as a nasty individual. No I am not upset... But I was just wondering if she deserved to be written like that in the name of 'typical FL'. Is this even typical... I doubt.Safe to say, I had the same expression as Vivaan. His "mujhse aise kaise baat kar sakti hai"... even I wanted an answer to that. Maata ghus gayi thi kya madam mein? And Silky's "jis tarah list deke gayi hai.." I was tempted to agree with Silky there. HAWW so evil of Sree to think like that! These characters have no relationship whatsoever with their own erstwhile versions so maybe one can enjoy if this is seen as a new season altogether. I can't on either counts. Cheers!
