Who is kidnapped?

I think it is Mehta saab who is kidnapped.Before going to office he talked with someone in phone and said he can't do it.Kidnappers also asked the one who they kidnapped if he will it or not and he said no.They switched off his phone.Now Mehta saab ka phone bhi lag nahi raha hai.
