TaaRey are married. Its been 3 months after their marriage. Rey don't like Taani. Rey married her on his family's pressure. But Taani loves him a lot.. from past 3 month she is trying to get his love... Rey always wants to get separated from her... its becz he doesn't wanted to stay in any kind of relationships.. he is just focused on his business.. But Taani was not ready to leave him.. She never agreed to his offer of Divorce.. Taani was not tired of trying, she have the confidence that one day he will love her back... but rey thinks she is trying to catch his attention and make him fall in love bcz she can have his money and fame.. the irony is he never knew Taani is equally rich to him.. and he never find it important to know about her and her family.. may be due to her simplicity he thought so.. but when she find out something, now she is ready to give him Divorce... His freedom...
A normal morning.. After breakfast Rey was working in his lap in their room as he is off from his office today... After a lot and deep thinking.. Taani came to him and directly asked..
Taani : So you want Divorce right..?
Rey : What??
Taani: Aapke kaan mei koyi problem hai kya...?? U heard it right... Aap yehi chaahti thi na... Divorce...
Rey stopped his work and stood up and stared at her... Her face is lacking any emotion.. From past 2-3 days she was so dull.. she never tried talking to him like she always do... and most importantly her smile was vanished from her face... Rey thought she was tried of trying to make him love her...
Rey: Yaa... But achanak tum yeh... I mean ab kya hua... u were always against it right... mm.. kya tumhe koyi naya rich guy mil gaya kya...
Taani: What..! are you mad... leave it.. agar isa hai bhi toh aapko use koi farak nahi hona... toh yeh faaltu question mat pucho...
Rey: okay... okay... So u r ready for it... great... The papers will be ready in 30 minutes...
Taani: arey.. wait man... itani jaldi kyu... I have conditions...
Rey(confusingly and raising his one eyebrow..): Conditions...??? And they are...??
Taani: I will sign the Divorce papers only after one month... and during these whole one month I will be with you... and you have to take care of all my needs... you have to fulfill all my wishes... in short you have to make me happy...
Rey was bewildered by hearing her conditions...
Rey: What...?? This is Crazy... These are impossible... and what do you think of yourself... am not a puppet.. did you get that... I know how to get the divorce papers get signed by you...
Taani: Think whatever you want to... and u r right you may get freedom... but am tough you know... so y are choosing rough route to get it... its just a month.. then u are free from me...
Rey was thinking by pressurizing or threatening or by hurting her, she will not give him divorce... bcz he know she is a well determined girl.. already he have tried it..So may be this is an easy way to get it.. just a month...
Rey: Okay... But how can I trust you...
Taani: By looking in my eyes, do u think am lying..
Rey look in her eyes... he just notice now.., she have a chocolaty brown orbs.. In that he can see lots and lots of love for him... its so innocent.. He can see pain in them.. unknown feeling spread on his heart... the pain in her eyes is giving pain in his heart... What.. is he really feeling her pain..., Is he really feeling her love for the first time... He suddenly averted his eyes from hers.. else he know he will drown into it... He is confused in his own feelings...
Taani : Rey.. I know its something not acceptable by you.. but atleast just try to pretend to be happy with me... just a month.. please...
To say he was shocked.. he never imagined a weak Taani like this.. he have always seen a confident girl in her.. but now her voice is shivering with agony.. still even her face lacked any emotion he saw a small glint of tear in her eyes which tore his heart.. he also saw her brilliantly hiding it from him..
Rey : Okay...
She give him a bright smile.. due to her overwhelmed happiness she hugged him... He was taken aback but, He also hugged her.. Their first hug... They broke the hug...
Rey : So whats your first wish...?
Now Taani become exited.. her eyes got life...
Taani : A long drive... Mmm... no no... roam around Mumbai... mm.. no... shopping... Mmm no... oh god am confused...
Rey smiled at her cute expression and her puppy face.. he was watching her antics for the first time... her smile and happiness is giving him happiness... he don't know, suddenly in a day why he is feeling many emotions which was not there in those 3 months where she is always near to him... that time he wanted to be away from her.. now when she herself agreed to move out of his life.. he is having this unknown feelings...
Rey : Then first I will take you for a drive... then v can roam around.. then shopping... how about this...
Taani: (checking his temperature)are you for real... ?
Rey: y ?? you only wanted this na...
Taani: mm... but this change in u was so fast... actually speaking am really shocked on ur sudden change that too within some hours...!!! Hmm...anyways lets go...
Like this Rey was fulfilling all her wishes... Rey completely forgot about their deal for divorce.. he was enjoying his life for the first time.. he was regretting for hurting her.. unknown feelings started to develop in his heart for her.. but he is not letting it to take over him...
2 weeks passed...
They were peacefully sleeping in their own side.. But as usual, Rey started to move close to her in his sleep.. unknown to him he is addicted to her warmth and smell... But suddenly Taani woke up... She smiled looking at him.. This always happens.. but her eyes welled up thinking now these wont happen after some days... She slowly took away his hand from her waist...
Taani: Rey... Rey... Rey... utho... Rey... wake up... Rey...
Rey : (sleepy tone) Kya Taani sone do na..
He stare at her with sleepy eyes..
Taani: Chalo Rey hum ice-cream khaane jaate hai... kitana maza aayenga...
Rey;(shocked):Kya.. ice-cream iss waqt.. r u out of mind.. dekh, its 1 o clock.. abb konsa icream parlour milenga tumhe.. hum kal challenge..
Taani: Rey plz.. mera bahut man kar raha hai.. plz na...
Rey stared at her like he was seeing her for the first time...
Taani: ise kya dekh rahi ho mujhe..?
Rey : Kya tum pregnant ho..??
Taani shocked...
Taani: What?
Taani was staring at him shocked...
Rey: yeh toh possible nahi hai... I mean.. we.. we.. have .. we have never been in physically.. I mean... Oh god agar unknowingly from my side kabie.. Oh god... Taani kuch bolo...
Taani: aap yeh kya bole ja rahe ho... isa kuch nahi hai ok... aur aapko isa kyun laga ki mein pregnant hoon...
Rey : achanak raat mein ice cream.. and ur conditions.. and that day tumhe chakkar ho gaya and now when I connected all these I thought that ki u r...
Taani: Thank god u didn't say ki I got pregnant by someone...
But this made rey angry.. hey swiftly came above her and pinned her both above her head with his hands and said in dangerous voice...
Rey : Y WOULD I SAY THAT.. I KNOW MY TAANI..IF U BEAR A CHILD THEN IT WILL BE MINE, ONLY MINE.. I KNOW U WILL NEVER LET ANYONE TO COME CLOSE TO U OTHER THAN ME... I MAY NOT BE IN LOVE WITH U.. BUT I HAVE ALWAYS TRUSTED YOU... NOW I WANT TO CONFESS YOU SOMETHING.., UNKNOWN TO ME SOMETHING HAS STARTED TO DEVELOP IN ME... I THINK... I LOVE YOU TAANI... NO... I REALLY LOVE YOU SOO MUCH...
Taani got shock of her life...
They both were staring each other, Rey leaned more on to her... their lips was an inch apart.. he was about to place his lips on her.. But suddenly Taani pushed him and ran to wash room...
She sat on the floor and started to cry out... She is thinking... Am I doing right, no.. I never thought this vill be soo painful for.. I always wished for his love.. but now when he is feeling something for me.. I am pushing him away... God why did u do this to me.. am I that bad...
Outside Rey was feeling guilty to hurt her... He called out her for many time but she didn't open the door..
In frustration he slammed his hand on the cupboard, his hand got hurt.. but something fell from its top.. It is a file.. he took it and started to read..
He never felt this way.. this pain... his hands started to shiver.. tears started to flow out from his eyes.. A bear voice cameout from his mouth..
Rey: CANCER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has cance... last stage... she never wanted me to know... she just wanted to be happy for somedays... oh god... how clever she is... oh god... y... y... y... why god, why u gave such a punishment for her.. she never done any wrong, always longed for my love.. but what I gave in return... Aaahhh... Y god y culdnt u gave that to me... No.. I wont let her to give in... I wont let her to fail.. I will bring her back...
He heard bathroom door click.. He hide the file under the bed and quickly swipe away his tears...
She came out of the wash room...
Taani: Rey aap kal hi.. papers ready karo... mein sign karoongi...
Rey : As I expected... I knew it u will say this only... y cant you give me a last chance taani.. (she looked at him).. I will make our marriage work... I promise har pal mein tumhe kush rakhoongi...
Taani(in mind): yahi toh problem hai Rey, waqt hi nahi hai mere paas... I always wanted be loved by you..I always wished to have a happy family of me, you and our babies... but its too late Rey... kya karu Rey bhagvan mere saath khel rahi hai... Mujhe zindagi ki sabse badi khushi di aur.. uss pyaar ko feel karne se pehle meri zindagi le ja rahi hai... am sorry Rey.. now I cant give u the pain of losing me.. I never thought ki I was doing wrong by making condition to stay with you for one month.. or else you wont fall for me... am sorry Rey...
Rey: (in mind) I know Taani what u are thinking... am not going to let you suffer this alone... I will get you out of this... I will show you God my love is powerful.. I will bring my Taani Back.. This is my promise...
