Abhinav and Drashti both lovely individuals are playing Rajdeep and Nandini, onscreen couple of Silsila..Their journey started from Geet Huyi Sabse Parayi, where Drashti used to play the title character and Abhinav played Dev, the one, to whom she was married off at the beginning of the show! Even though they came together in the show for a small while and Dev was actually a negative character, Deveet won hearts because of their wonderful chemistry! But the course of the show changed and Abhinav was no more a part of the show! Then after quite a long time they both met again in a trip of Indonesia, where they both went for promoting their previous show and even performed together! And now they are back again with Silsila where again Abhinav is playing Drashti's onscreen husband! But unfortunately he always roped opposite Drashti as negative character! Still their awesome acting and amazing bonding mak e their love hate chemistry unique. Abhinav as Rajdeep in silsila too is a negative character but the way Abhinav is playing the character is worth praising...where Drashti as his onscreen wife Nandini is a victim of marital abuse and is still trying every possible way to mend everything and live happy life with Rajdeep! Where Abhinav with his acting skills make u hate Rajdeep ,Nandini's helplessness, fear was perfectly portrayed by Drashti..It's sad reality of our society that girls like Nandini still do exist and they are still suffering. Although Drashti is totally opposite of Nandini but she is playing the character with such perfection that it looks natural and realistic and we are able to feel the pain of Nandini. Where what to say about Abhinav.He is one of the sweetest person off-screen but the way he play Rajdeep people forced to hate Rajdeep...that's the power of his performance!!And when both talents meet on screen what viewers get to see is some power packed performance!!!
Although Rajnandini scenes are painful to watch because of extreme abuse, Abhinav and Drashti's outstanding performance make those scenes worth watching. This Appreciation thread is dedicated both of this fabulous actors to appreciate their hard work!
