Episode begins with court room drama continuing
Prosecution lawyer has Rajveer in the Witness box.
Raj states that AdYa had met atMussoorie before Poosh died and were seen buying gifts .
Aditya was seen paying for it ..
He says strangers do not pay for each other .
He gives CD of cctv footage of that gift shop
Aditya says he had done emergency landi gt dehradoon so he went to mussorie for visit .
Prosecution lawyer accuses Aditya made emergency landing at Dehradoon ...this was risky for the whole lot of other passsengers .
Aditua says he had been informed that passenger had chest pain .so he asumed it was heart attack .
The passenger .and Aditya's co pilot are brought to witnesss box n questioned it s proved that aditya was a pilot not a doctor and assumed a chest pain to be heart attack and put so many people's lives at risk . Or did he have ulterior motives to make emergency landing at Dehradun .
Judge asks court to be adjourned ...case to be discussed further tomorrow
Harsh is worried for Aditya
He vouches to save his son .Rajveer taunts Harsh .
Wasim feels Zoya was safe but Adi might be in trouble .
Harsh comes to.meet Adi and asures he would be safe and he should not worry
Arjun hands over pooja's diary to Harsh Aarjun says he knew that papa hooda knew Arjun had stolen the diary from Mussoorie PS .harsh says this diary was of no.use now .
Harsh cals up his lawyer Saxena, asks him.to save Aditya
Not to worry for Zoya as he was not doing charity for innocent persons of the whole world..
At jail.Adi asks Zoya is she wanted to change her lawyer she was free to do so
Zoya says sue trusted him.and his dad . She was sure Harsh would help.them.both
Adi comes.to.meet Harsh and confronts him that he was planning to save Aditya and putting all the blame on Zoya .
Harsh is confronted by Arjun too on this matter .harsh asks Aditya trusted people.too much ..he got hurt n betrayed again n again .he trusted Pooja and sakshi but did not learn his lesso
And now.was aftr saving Zoya !! Why was he tryi g to save Zoya ?? Who was she ?? Not his relative ?? Or colleague or friend ? Then why ? Adi gives no reason .
Finally after lots of reasonings by Harsh for saving Adi n not Zoya ... later Aditya gives final warning to Harsh ..that he eithr saves both Zoya n Adi or otherwise Adi will confess thag he had killed.both the cheatrs arjun tries.to stop bhai but Adi says he is left with no other reason .

Harsh tells the court as defence lawywer that Yash was under severe financial.crisis pooja tried to help him by borrowing 5 crores from.Adi , but it failed to prevent Yash from.going into depression
He committed suicide snd took pooja along with him.
All.are shocked to hear this .
