Why can't there be another season?

Teen shows can be released online because unlike usual daily soaps, the audience is mostly online. A teen show called kaisi yeh yaariyan released a new season on voot . Because there were a lot of international viewers . Why can't we ask our makers to release another season? If anybody has contacted cvs recently.
