The episode begins with Zoya sitting in her room with memoirs of Yash scsttered on the floor
She drags herself to her cupboard Remives her wedding dupatta n drapes it over herself n admires herself in the mirror n recollects how she has asked Yash if she was looking like Mrs Zoya Yash Arora .
Their first day romance n kiss Zoya Yash FB scenes shown .. Zoya missing her family members n wedding ceremonies . She is unhappy with her registered marriage .Yash says weddings have become waste of money
As long as they have become pati patni its good enough
Zoya asks Yash to put on the MS Yash is surprised but she insists it would be their pyaar ki nishaani
Yash puts the MS on her neck lovingly .
Yash back hugs Zoya and they look into the mirror .
Zoya shakes herself out of FB and pulls out the dupatta
She then stares at the DP and says yash only lied to her. Yash only betrayed her , all that he did was a lie .
In another roomMash scolds Mahi for being rude to Zoya when she knew Zoya was already so hurt
Mahi goes on habing her meal n says they need not bother as drama queen had created hungama at Hooda mansion few moments back . Noor is so Worried for Appi
At Hooda mansion
Harsh Is worried that the divorce scandal will give their family bad name , all will know Pooja wanted divorce Adi n marry some one else
At every function / every party they will be humiliated by numerous Qs
Harsh swears that he was trying his best to supress al this but that girl,Zoya just arrived out of the blue every time n blew things out of proportion
First that birthday oarty n now this divorce papers ... He swears to gow why he sent such girls in Adi's life ?? Sakshi asks did he mean forst Pooja and now Zoya ??
Anjana says first His life partner pooja then Business partner
Afdi always chose the wrong people in his life just like her
Because of Adi all have to suffer this way llharsh taunts that hers was kahin pe nigahe kahins pe nishaana
She was hinting at something else
She was venting out some other anger .
Anjana says when adi was suffering because of Pooja's mistakes then why was he punishing another person for that ? Was this not wrong ??
Adi is sene dancing happily at a pub , some girls try to get close to him but he is not interested .
The girl asks was he married?? Was he nibhaoing loyalty ka waada to some one ??
Adi gets angry as he remembers the DP and pooja's ring .
He swears he had no loyalty ka waada n neither was he married
The girl pulls him to have some fun .
At Arora house Noor is very upset. So is Madhu , but Mahi is not bothered. Mahi says Zoya was not opening her door as she needs alone time . She was sure Zoya would do no wrong
Noor accuses Mahi of not being bothered at all .
Mahi makes an excuse that she should blame not Mahi but Adi as he is the one she was meeting few mins back n she has been upset ever since .
Noor calls up Adi n accuses him that if anything wrong happened to her api then HE would be blamed n Noor assures she wil not let him go scot free.
Adi is furious on being disturbed in his private moments .
On hearing Zoya had locked herself Adi gets worried. n ruhes out of pub muttering he would not let anything wrong happen this time.
At Arora house Zoya is standing under shower , she remembers Asi's words as he described the betrayal, theyr cheating , how they held hands together on their honeymoon to heavens . Asi had accused Zoya of being blind to Yash's betrayals .
She would not beleive them even if she saw them entwined together on the bed
How zoya refused to believe thatbpoosh were cheating on them . Zoya was afool n she deserved this !! Zoya weeps... She apologises to ammi abbu for not being good beti to them .. This was the result / punishment for doing bepannaah muhabbat to some one
She slashes her wrist with knife ...blood fall drop by drop
Zoya stands under shower ... Slowly she faints ...
She remembers how adi had claims that he wanted to live happily. He did not want to live like Zoya , not die every moment like Zoya did for her cheater pati .
How Adi had asked Zoya to see the truth n recolect herself before it was too late
Zoya faints
Adi arrives at arora house in drunk state Mahi lashes out at Adi so does Noor
Asi shouts Zoya's name
Adi claims that she must be weeping in a corner
Zoya was attention seeker .
Adi bangs the door
Noor says she had been trying but appi was not opening the door for a long time
After long moments of banging Shouting , by noor and Adi and taunting by Mahi
Adi finally breaks open the door , all are shocked to fi d Zoya kying in a pool of blood
Adi takes her into his arms . Madhu n noor are shocked .
Mahinis surprised too.
Adi asks driver to drive fast. He tis hanky to her wrist
Madhu asks mahi to get out their car Mahi takes her own time to change , madhu scolds her for being so unconcerned . Mahi says shae was not bothered , asks maa to relax as Noor n Adi were with Zoya she was not alone .
At hospital nurse says they had to wait for police as this was suicide case
Adi gets furious ... Sooon noor notices Zoya was not breathing, doctors take Zoya inside ICU
Mahi n Madhu arrive there. Adi is waiting outside the ememrgency room
Mahi mutters that zoya wa s surely going to get well soon , she did not have such a good luck to get rid of Zoya so easily .
Madhu looks angrily at Mahi .Adi then gets angry with Mahi
Mahi says why was Adi getting angry ?!! He was not even related to Zoya ??
Adi says zoya was not related to him but she was mahi's bhaabhi ?? Why Did she give her so much hurt ?? Why was she always wishing for Zoya's death V??
he was tired of her constant back biting .He threatens to reveal mahi's reality to Zoya and that would be end of Mahi's plans
Mahi says even Adi was always hurting her but when Zoya needed Adi always reached to save her
Why ?? Adi goes away thoughtful . Adi says he was filled with so much hatred that Mahi would not be able to face him
Adi then recolects that he did bother about Zoya ,
The doc tells Adi that Zoya had lost lots of blood , they were trying .
He recollects all the numerous moments when he had saved her .., he remembrs how zoya had said their destinies were joined together, thats why they kept coming face to face again n again . He looks at her thru the hole in the door and tells zoya not to give up so easily. She should not give up because of that cheater .Not to do this to herself , she did not deserve this .

Zoya wakes up and grabs Adi's hand and thanks him for saving her life
Adi thanks Zoya that today even his life was saved
Sakshi apologises to Zoya with Joined hands saying she was pooja's mother and because of her daughter every one was suffering .
