I'm not Muslim. but if I'm not wrong they say Bismillah meaning "In the name of god"...
They say this at the beginning of any undertaking. (That's what wikipedia said)
They did aad some other words to it also which i can't seem to recall.


Edit: They said "Bismillah Ar Rahman Ar Rahim"
