The deal between them was that once she hands over the shivlings to his men and gets her money she is no longer responsible for them. She had sent her men but he couldn't do anything. If Sethjie was following Namrata then he should have sent his men right away to get the shivlings. Shivlings were there even after the accident. I don't find him very smart. Namrata is a better planner than him.
1) When she kidnapped Rahul or other villagers she kept them away from her. Sethji kidnapped Minty, Preeti and Rahul and kept them in his own home. Couldn't afford another home?
2) Namrata had a whole world below the temple and no one knew about it. Sethji's room is open to all. Where is his security?
3) Namrata used a mask to hide her identity and she was successful. Sethji is using a beard and his daughter recognized him. Namrata even hit Yashpal with her own hands but Yashpal could not guess Masterji is a woman. Minty touched Sethji ans she knew it was her father. Wear gloves Sethji!!!!
