Adi Landed six hours apart from Zoya . It still felt strange sitting on this side of the plane . So much had changed in the past six months .
He picked his phone up and called Zoya "Zoya Siddiqui , Pahunch Gaya"
"Well done Aditya , Ab Aap Seedha Ek Cycle Rikshaw Le aur Camel Road Pe Aayein Hum Wahaan Aapka Wait Karte Hain"
"Oh , I thought ki Aap Donkey Road Par Se Pick up karengi , kyunki tum toh gadhi ho"
"Very Funny Aditya , Shaayad Kisi 4 saal ke Bacche Ko Sunaate Toh Hass Bhi Deta, Jaldi Aao Ab Tum"
"Ms. Siddiqui , Pehle Tumne Tum Bola Aur Phir Jaldi Aao? Main Aise Type Ka Ladka Nahi Hoon"
"Bye" She laughed .
Him . Aditya Hooda , the bane of her life ; apparent . True the initial days with him were hard . He gave her every reason to hate him but she could see through him. The Aditya who wanted a happy family , the Aditya who was deeply hurt , the Aditya who had lost his innocence way before time and that made her stick around. Over the months she had strangely started to feel protective about him . This was new to her even , this emotion . She had had a very sheltered , protected life up until he had stepped in . Uff! This man .
"Mere Baare Mein Soch Rahi Thi Zoya Siddiqui" He said as he tapped her.
She was a little taken aback . "God, Aditya Dara Diya Aapne"
"Toh Tum Mujhse Itna Darr Gayi Ke Seedha Mussoorie?"
"You wish"
"Oh Please ! Zoya I'm never going to leave you , I'm your add on baggage" He said with an added intensity to his usual baritone.
Why was he doing this to her ? Regaining composure .
"Welcome Aditya Hooda " She said and pulled his suitcase towards her . "This way" she signalled .
"Toh Tumhaara Mussoorie Itna Chota Hai"
"Chota Hai Par Aabaad Hai" She said smiling .
Her damned smile , there was something so innocent about it , something so chaste , if happiness was to be tangible it would be her goddamn smile.
"Aa Gaye"
