For Adi to move on, he needs a person whom he can call family. Whom he can trust and pour his heart out and ultimately at the end it would be Zoya but that's what he is looking for .
His family is full of those people who think of everything else apart from Adi.
His mom and dad have a different story altogether. His mother inlaw is , Pooja's mother too. His brother feels his sweet bhabhi is so righteous that it was his bhaiya who didn't know her. Well Arjun, if I have a problem with my husband, I'll not search for love outside but talk to him first, even then if it's not working I'll move away from it rightfully rather than ruining people's life.
People should stop blaming him and try to understand his POV, his best friend and wife lied to him, gave his hard earned money to someone, shared their personal memories with someone else but still people want him to be normal and back to life ? Give him time and space or be a shoulder to cry on , its easy to preach but its impossible to follow.
