Though Daddy Hooda has something to hide, I am voting for Pooja's mom.

Reason:

1. She lives with them and maybe is enjoying their wealth in daughter's name. Ab uski paagal beti kisi aur ke saath affair kar rehi hai toh, she will lose the hold on property na? So she murdered the daughter so she could still leech on the property as a grieving mom-in-law which means she will be against Zoya coming in as she will lose her position and become ex-mom-in-law.

2. She has the face of the vamp too, ek badi bindi ki kami hai.

3. No one would suspect her as she is the 'Mother' but 'Father' is missing from pic and there could be some back story there about her being evil and manipulating Pooja into marrying Adi.
