I think that it originally is Tara's family that has been introduced now. Deep is merely an adopted person in this family who owes a lot to them. Deep's unquestioning loyalty to Tara is only because he owes his life to these people.

I also feel, in precap, the man to whom Deep addresses as "Father" is actually Tara's father & Deep regards him highly because he might be the one to have adopted him.

Besides, Prithvi calls Tara "Mem Sahab", a name given only to the lady of the household in Indian scenario & Deep is called "Sir" because he is Damaad of the household & must be given that respect.

So, I feel all the members shown today are actually Tara's relatives & since Deep is married to Tara, so that makes all of them his relatives too.

The actor playing the paralyzed father himself has said that he will be playing Tara's father. Besides, it's no big deal to change an actor playing father in a flashback and for a major track. So, sweetheart you need to check that too.

Earlier in flashback.. deep said that tara's father betrayed his wife, he left her for another woman. that why tara hate dhokebaaz people and killed them. In today scenario its something totally different.. its so confusion.

Could be possible that this guy is actually Tara's dad

He had betrayed his wife and thats why Tara lost her cool

Later she found him and tried to punish him, but since she still had some love left for her dad, she didnt kill him but simply paralyzed him
