Yes! SP considers HS views and includes that in their TRPs.

Reference about good show with good casting was the answer to your first question. But its fairly new show. Awards toh abhi nahi mila, but its worthy. Still only TRP and revenues will matter. If its good or popular, SP will give a little more time to increase TRP than other shows considering potential to increase TRP. But phir bhi kuch huva nahi toh they will end.
