Will Arohi really find out the truth?

So according to the precap
Sanaya tells Arohi everything
But will she believe it ?
Or will it be too late?
Will Lakshya arrest her ?

I am 99% sure that Sanaya will tell the truth to Tara, thinking that she is Aarohi. Tara has disguised herself as Aarohi before, why not again. Once Sanaya will tell Aarohi (Tara in disguise) about Deep's other wife, Tara will kill her and her secret would be safe.
