Apparently even sneha's career was affected coz of kala master's marriage with sneha's brother broke.

That's heart in.. just over the ear where that red mark lies.. She probably coloured it to signify something.. it's partly visible.. I really don't think it's got anything to do with her treatment..

SOme ppl are saying it's a tattoo but we don't know what it is actually
